We are located in Center City, Philadelphia. We work
primarily with employers in the Greater Delaware Valley
region, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania and
Delaware. We also have some positions in New York and
Washington, DC.
In addition to assisting professionals already located in
the Delaware Valley, we often work with candidates
transferring to our region. We offer personalized service
to our clients and candidates.

Susan was in the recruitment industry for 4 years before founding Rittenhouse Executive
Search. Prior to that, she was an executive at a Fortune 500 Company, supervising multi-
million dollar cases. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton
School, she worked for a "Big 4" accounting firm, Deloitte & Touche. Susan was
awarded the NJ CPA Society's highest award, the JH Cohn Award, for her performance on
the CPA exam. She later graduated from the James E. Beasley School of Law of Temple
University.
She has been a member of several professional organizations' committees and Boards
of Directors, including the Wharton Club, PICPA, NJSCPA, IMA and the Philadelphia Bar
Association. Susan is a past-President of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of NAWBO.
She participates at Rutgers as a "Visiting Professor" in Business Law and is a Mentor at
Temple's Law School.
In her copious spare time, Susan ran a very successful fund-raiser for one of the
Philadelphia ski clubs for several years. She is an active skier, cyclist and kayak
instructor.
