Associate Positions -

BUSINESS/CORPORATE Associates:
7-9 years corporate and securities experience
2-5 years general corporate and transactional experience with -mergers and acquisitions, securities
2-5 years corporate and/or securities experience
1-3 years corporate and/or banking

BANKRUPTCY Associates:
2-5 years experience
1-4 years experience

ESTATES Associates:
4-8 years estate planning and administration experience
3-5 years experience including drafting sophisticated planning documents, administration of complex
estates and knowledge of federal estate, gift and GST taxes
All levels planning

ENVIRONMENTAL Associates:
2-4 years experience in environmental litigation and/or regulation
Any level experience for various environmental attorney positions

FINANCE Associates:
2-4 years investment management experience (40-act required)
1-3 years corporate experience
1-3 years banking and commercial lending experience

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Associates:
All levels

LITIGATION Associates:
4-8 years commercial litigation experience
3-6 years general litigation experience
2-5 years general litigation experience
1-4 years litigation experience

REAL ESTATE Associates:
4-6 years experience
3+ years significant land use experience
2-6 years transactional experience
1-5 years experience

TAX Associates:
3-5 years general corporate and partnership tax experience
3+ years experience
2-6 years subchapter C and K experience
1-5 years SALT experience
